Mr Mangachi leads P.E.C's technical delivery, overseeing satellite analysis, drone operations, and field verification. His focus is translating raw geospatial and sensor data into clear, decision-ready monitoring reports for conservation, government, and donor-funded clients, as well as agriculture and industrial sectors.
